Do your lip balms contain SPF?

No, our lip balms do not include SPF. While some of our ingredients contain antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that may soothe and moisturize sun-exposed skin, they should not be relied upon as a primary form of sun protection.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our lip balms are vegan and contain only natural ingredients. They are cruelty-free and are never tested on animals.

Are your products safe to consume?

Lip balm is not food. While our lip balms are non-toxic and 100% natural, they aren't meant for consumption. Our products are safe to put on your lips, however, we do not recommend eating them.

Do you use safe ingredients?

We use healthy, plant-based ingredients that work, and our products are free from aluminum, parabens, PEGs, phthalates, silicones, sulphates, propylene glycole, gluten, mineral oils, artificial colors and flavors.

Are your lip balms tinted?

No, our lip balms are clear. We love a good pop of color, but mostly in the packaging. We maintain a commitment to keeping our products clean and void of any artificial coloring.

How long does your lip balm last?

It can last for 6-12 months after opening, but unopened lip balm can last for several years. For best results, please store our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

For our packaging we choose non-toxic materials, and try to minimize the use of plastic and pick recyclable components whenever possible.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We also accept Paypal payments and other digital wallets, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! First, please check that all the billing information provided is matching details on your card. Then try again!

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes! We use Shopify Payments secure encryption service to process all payments.

My Order

Can I track my order?

We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they are placed. For additional help, please email care@zarbihub.com.

What do I do if my package is missing?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your order has been marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, don't panic yet! Sometimes carriers preemptively mark a package as delivered before they actually complete the delivery. We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom or neighbors to see if they received your package.
