We're sorry you didn't love your order, but unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on personal care items.
If you receive a product that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by sending your order number and a photo of the problem to care@zarbihub.com, and we will do our best to accommodate any reasonable requests.
If you are approved for refund or replacement, we will email you with detailed instructions.
